Network Box Reveal NBRS-5

Network Box Wins Two Corporate Choice 2011 Awards from IT Pro

  Network Box wins two Corporate Choice 2011 Awards from IT Pro Magazine.  One award was for Network Box’s Z-Scan zero day anti-virus system; while the other was for its S-Scan web content filtering system.  Network Box’s new ‘Z-Scan’ anti-malware technology focuses on reducing the time taken to obtain malware samples, and to produce anti-malware signatures. The purpose of ‘Z-Scan’ is to bring that timeframe down from the current industry standard of several hours, to less than one minute.

United States leads the way in malware and firewall attacks

28 September 2010 – The US has overtaken India and Russia to become the biggest producer of viruses once more, according to analysis of internet threats by managed security company, Network Box. The US is now responsible for 12.05 per cent of the world’s viruses, up from 4.03 per cent from August, when the US trailed both India and Russia. India takes second place with 7.17 per cent, after its virus production declined by an impressive 6.56 per cent.
