Combat Stress is a mental health and welfare service charity that provides treatment and support to over 7,000 ex-Services men and women of all ranks, suffering from psychological disability as a result of their service.

Rachana Osman, IT Manager, Combat Stress, wasn't happy with the current security solution they were using: "We already had virus protection in place but it wasn't enough. Our clients have a lot of time on their hands while they recover so we provide them with internet connections and we needed to ensure we could block potentially damaging sites while they browse. Last month Network Box blocked more than 14,000 spam emails and over 200 malicious emails. On top of that, I have 100 per cent confidence our clients are safe and secure while browsing the web and this is invaluable to us.
